Interval training go up on this small slope. Actually, you only see the first quarter of the slope on this picture. I measured the distance to 1715 meters and 77 meters in ascent. It takes me roughly 6 minutes to get up there. Using the watt calculator at http://bikecalculator.com/wattsMetric.html I find that the average power is approx 400 W. I did this slope 5 times before going home again.
